Ecological insole made with ESD antistatic polyurethane foam, recycled and with absorbent and breathable active carbon. Developed with PET fabric from the recycling of plastic bottles. The new Panter Memory antistatic foam provides extra padding on the tread thanks to its absorption, cushioning and recovery system after the impacts produced while walking.

4,5mm thick, antistatic, anti-fungal and antibacterial-treated insole. Its high density offers additional cushioning to the one offered by the sole, distributing the load through the feet sole thanks to its energy absorbing properties, while increasing the sense of comfort.


Cold resistant, antibacterial, antifungal and antistatic insole. It is produced from several multilayer fabrics in order to provide perfect insulation against extreme cold in frozen environments and surfaces. Moreover, the shock absorbing system has been included in the heel area to achieve the greatest comfort.


Heat resistant, antibacterial, antistatic and anti-fungal-treated multilayer insole.  Moisture absorbing insole that offers heat insulation against high temperatures.


Multipurpose system which provides the worker the possibility of changing the system located in the sole when the need to access a frozen area arises, ensuring the highest grip. It can be reverted  to its original state at will, enabling it to be both as work footwear and regular footwear. It is the ideal boot to work in environments in which frost take place yearly

Its rubber-based sole has been designed having frozen surfaces in mind. The folding system of aluminum crampons allows for the safe adherence to the surface. Moreover, it is possible to activate or deactivate them quickly and easily on the go to adapt to the surface.

HRO Shoes

The sole offers heat contact resistance  up to 300º C (HRO). Produced from two layers of different densities: rubber-nitrile outsole and expanded polyurethane sole. Both layers are injected to the upper, ensuring its perfect bond and preventing delamination and ungluing. These soles are abrasion, fat and oil and hydrocarons resistant and provide heat and cold insulation.

Also included is the energy absorbing system in the heel area and relief sole for increased grip.

ESD Shoes

Some properties of static electricity cause problems, and footwear has become an important component that provides electrostatic control in some work areas.

Control of unwanted static electricity is of vital importance when staff works in the vicinity of processes, objects or materials that are sensitive to static discharge such as in production or use of electronic components. One can provide grounding for staff through their feet while they are standing or walking on a properly established surface for electrostatic control.  That is why, when using esd footwear, it should be remembered that footwear cannot provide protection by itself, but a suitable ESD surface is also necessary.

UNE-EN 61340-4-3:2005 Standard describes the testing method to determine the electrical resistance of footwear used for controlling electrostatic charges. The Standard sets out two types of footwear:

- ELECTROSTATICALLY CONDUCTIVE FOOTWEAR: Footwear whose electrical resistance is less than 0,1 M Ω.

- ELECTROSTATICALLY DISSIPATIVE FOOTWEAR: Footwear  whose electrical resistance is between 0,1 M Ω and 100 M Ω.

When footwear/surface systems are used as the main means of grounding for staff, the resistance of the combination must be set by the ESD coordinator, but it is recommended to be between 0,75 M Ω and 35 M Ω.

With a non-metallic insole and toecap, a lower weight is achieved than when it is metallic, this provides greater comfort and relief to the foot.


With a non-metallic insole, a more flexible and comfortable shoe is achieved, taking into account a factor as important as the natural flexion of the foot.


PANTER's MetalFree footwear is free of metallic components both inside (textile anti-perforation insole, composite anti-impact toecap) and outside (textile or plastic eyelets, non-metallic trim, etc...)


Metals are not good thermal insulators, on the other hand, composites and fiberglass achieve a significant improvement in thermal insulation, avoiding the conduction of heat and cold.


As it is made of non-metallic materials, a non-magnetic shoe is achieved, so that it is not detected in metal detection arches.


A shoe without static electricity is also achieved, thus increasing the comfort of the user.


Another very important characteristic is the response of the material after an impact. This type of material, unlike steel, recovers its shape after impact thanks to elastic memory. This is very important in the event of entrapment as this makes it easier to extract the foot.


As it is not a metallic material, there is no risk of oxidation.

MOVEMENT ANALYSIS. Analysis of the mobility of the joints, stability, cushioning of impacts when walking and the grip of footwear on different surfaces.
