The market research company Análisis e Investigación carried out the telematic voting process. This lasted from January 18 to February 7, through questionnaires sent by email to 6,392 professionals. In total, 10,000 responses were obtained, all of them spontaneous.
The survey asked about the brands with the highest quality and innovation in the 50 selected categories. Each respondent could only vote in a maximum of 20 categories. The professionals had absolute freedom to include in their answers the name of the brand or brands that they considered most suitable to receive the awards.
These awards show the perception of the brand that hardware, DIY and industrial supply points of sale have. They represent recognition of the work of the brands in the sector that, with their commitment to quality and innovation, favor the growth and evolution of the channel.
