Raúl, 7th generation of confectioners, opens the doors of what is his second home and the place where he shapes the panettones that fill thousands of homes with joy throughout the year.
Although he suffered a crisis of faith and tried other options outside the profession of pastry chef, one day while making puff pastry, the smell of butter made it clear to him that this was his place. And so he remains to this day, developing new and sweet creations.
